ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.
PRODUCT USE
Products identified or labeled for research use are sold solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes consistent with their labeling.
Such products are not represented or offered as drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
Research-use products are not intended for human consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, or other human use.
By purchasing a research-use product, you represent that you understand its stated intended use and will use the product only in a lawful manner consistent with applicable labeling and regulations.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & INVENTORY
Black Hat attempts to provide accurate product descriptions, quantities, concentrations, pricing, and availability. Errors may occasionally occur.
The website checks requested stocked-product quantities against current available inventory during checkout and checks inventory again when the order is submitted.
An order is accepted only if the checkout process can create the order and reserve the required tracked inventory. If inventory is insufficient, the order is not created and checkout will request a quantity correction.
Black Hat reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
PRICING, PAYMENT & INVENTORY HOLDS
Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The server verifies current pricing when an order is placed.
After an order is accepted, the customer is taken directly to a payment page showing the exact order total and Black Hat order number. We accept card payments through VERIFIED, Venmo through our verified business profile @BlackHatPepCo, BTC through BTCPay, and ACH bank transfer. The payment page provides instructions for each method.
The initial inventory reservation is held for six hours while payment is completed. If payment is not submitted before the hold expires, the reservation may be released and the order may be marked Hold Expired.
Payment status changes only after the selected payment method is verified. Card and BTCPay confirmations are processed through their payment integrations; Venmo and ACH payments remain pending until Black Hat verifies receipt.
SHIPPING
One $20 flat-rate shipping charge applies to the complete order, whether it contains products, supplies, or both, unless shipping is removed for an approved local delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Tracking information is provided after the carrier, tracking number, and ship date are recorded.
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only. Black Hat does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, government actions, or circumstances outside Black Hat's reasonable control.
FULFILLMENT
After payment is verified, the order moves into the fulfillment workflow. Products may be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment before tracking is issued.
Customers should contact Black Hat promptly if an order detail must be corrected before shipment. Changes may not be possible after payment or once fulfillment has begun.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Orders are subject to the Black Hat Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
PROHIBITED USES
Customers may not purchase or use products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of their labeling or stated intended use.
Black Hat reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions where it reasonably believes an order involves unlawful activity, misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Black Hat harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use, handling, resale, or misuse of products or your violation of these Terms.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Black Hat may update these Terms periodically. The version posted on the website at the time of an order will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
