PAYMENT
After the order is accepted, you can proceed directly to the payment page without waiting for a manual payment request.
PREPARED & TRACKED
After payment is verified, the order moves into fulfillment. Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM CST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed or paid after the cutoff, on weekends, or on observed holidays ship the next business day. Tracking is sent after the carrier, ship date, and tracking number are recorded.

BANK TRANSFER / ACH SHIPPING
Orders paid by bank transfer / ACH do not ship until the payment has been received and verified. Because ACH transfers can take several business days to arrive, shipping may be delayed compared with card, Venmo, or BTC payments. The same-day shipping cutoff applies only after cleared payment is received.
