How to Order from Black Hat Sublevel

REVIEW YOUR CART

The cart checks requested quantities against current available inventory and applies the 10-unit maximum for each stocked product.

If inventory is lower than the requested quantity, checkout tells you the available quantity so you can correct the cart immediately.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Enter your contact and delivery information and submit the order.

Inventory is checked again at submission. If the order is accepted, available stocked products are reserved atomically so the order cannot be created without the required inventory.

PAY IMMEDIATELY

After the order is accepted, you are taken directly to the payment page. You do not need to wait for Black Hat Sublevel to send a manual payment request.

We accept card through VERIFIED, Venmo, BTC through BTCPay, and ACH bank transfer. Choose your payment method on the payment page after submitting your order. For Venmo, send the exact total to our verified business profile, @BlackHatPepCo, and include your BH order number in the payment note.

PAYMENT

Complete payment promptly after submitting your order so we can begin processing it.

For Venmo, send the exact total to @BlackHatPepCo and include your BH order number in the payment note. For BTC, follow the BTCPay invoice instructions. For ACH, use the bank transfer instructions on the payment page; fulfillment begins after the transfer is received and verified.

PAYMENT & FULFILLMENT

After payment is verified, the order automatically moves into the pick-and-pack workflow. Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM CST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed or paid after the cutoff, on weekends, or on observed holidays ship the next business day.

All sales are final after payment is received.

SHIPPING

Domestic product and supply orders with a subtotal of $200 or more ship free. Smaller domestic orders receive one $20 flat-rate shipping charge. Approved local delivery removes shipping.

Tracking information is sent after the carrier, ship date, and tracking number are recorded.
