How do I place an order?+
Add Products or Supplies to your cart, review the order, enter your delivery information, and place the order. Inventory is checked again at submission and accepted stocked products are reserved immediately.
Can I pay right away?+
Yes. After the order is accepted, checkout takes you directly to the payment page. Choose card through VERIFIED, Venmo, BTC through BTCPay, or ACH bank transfer on the payment page. For Venmo, pay @BlackHatPepCo and include your BH order number in the note.
What is the shipping cost?+
Domestic product and supply orders with a subtotal of $200 or more ship free. Smaller domestic orders receive one $20 flat-rate shipping charge, unless shipping is removed for an approved local delivery.
How does the inventory check work?+
Checkout compares requested quantities with current available inventory. At order submission, inventory is checked again and the order is created only if the required stocked inventory can be reserved.
Will I receive tracking information?+
Yes. Tracking information is sent after the carrier, tracking number, and ship date are recorded.
What is the daily shipping cutoff?+
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM CST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed or paid after the cutoff, on weekends, or on observed holidays ship the next business day.
Does bank transfer delay shipping?+
Yes. Orders paid by bank transfer / ACH ship only after the payment has been received and verified. ACH transfers can take several business days to arrive, so shipping may be delayed. The same-day shipping cutoff applies only after cleared payment is received.
How are orders packaged?+
Orders are packaged securely with a low-profile exterior for privacy during delivery.
Can I order products and supplies together?+
Yes. Products and supplies can be placed in the same order.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?+
Contact us as soon as possible and include your BH order number.
